WTB complete upper in WA

Hey I am looking for a complete upper in WA state preferably. I am looking for a dependable no frills upper to put on a NIB Aero precision lower want this to be a spare rifle for when I take others out

Sorry if my post came across as confusing too little sleep I guess, but I am looking for a cheap upper for sale looking to see if there is a better deal out there than purchasing a DSA upper for 275.00 and a BCG from some where for 130.00 or less. I don't think I can beat that price especially as it is just going on a spare rifle for my brother in law or who ever else goes shooting with me
