I have been carrying my G23 in a Comp-Tac Pro Undercover for about a year and half, and just today I went to take it off and the belt clip snapped off. Unfortunately due to it's design the entire holster is now useless, I called Comp-Tac and they said they only warranty their products for one year. They have also discontinued this holster and replaced it with the Infidel, which has removal clips so that if the clip breaks, all you have to do is replace it, not the entire rig. Comp-Tac refused to offer me even a discount on new one.

Anyway, I have gotten used to this holster, but the kydex can be a little uncomfortable at times, so I was wondering if anybody knows of a similar style IWB holster with a belt clip that's made of leather. Also, complete coverage of the trigger guard area is a must. I carry around 3:30 to 4:00. Thanks for your help.

I looked up that holster and it looks uncomfortale as all get out, At least it would be for me.
Try a Crossbreed. Leather and Kydex with tuckable with replaceable clips.

If you like the small holster, try the YTBN from UBG

I use a Milt Sparks VM2 for mine CCW.

The Alessi Talon Plus is one of the best and they offer a lifetime warranty on the clip.

Take a look at FIST. They make a good holster with what many consider the best metal clip in the indistry. But I'm not sure what you mean by leather clip.

Don Hume makes great IWB holsters and are inexpensive. I have them for all my carry guns.

For a holster with a clip check out the Alessi Talon plus as mentioned or the In-Conspicious form Garrity's Gun Leather at http://garritysgunleather.com/ Mark can have these out in 4 weeks or so.
Another option is the Mitch Rosen Clipper from the Express Line and is available for order form Dillon Precision with no wait.

Wild Bill's. I have several. All have stood up to varying degrees of abuse. My Fusion Paddle was once the roller to my skate as I played plinko down a steep ridge with a 120 lbs. deer as my achor. Holster is no longer pretty, but it's as tight as ever. :)

I've used FIST model 1K a kydex version for years with several guns and found them very good for $35 a copy.

That's the one I have been using for at least three years. When it first arrived I didn't think it would last more than a few weeks because of the ultra thin kydex. It's still here however, three years later. And the clip with the little protusion that locks onto your belt preventing the rig from falling out or coming out of your pants when you draw the gun is IMHO, the absolute best. Using this holster is almost like carrying Mexican.

Another vote for Milt Sparks Versa Max 2. Had one for my XD45 and waiting on one for my 1911 now. It is the best IWB holster I have tried to date.
