Full auto AK question

I want to verify if a guy I know is full of shEYEt. He claims that he has an AK with a "FULL AUTO" bolt. Is there such a thing? what's the difference between a full auto AK and semi auto version? I thought they have different sears and selector switches. Are the bolts different?

The bolts are not different but the bolt carrier can be. Most have the auto aear trip machined off but I do not htink it is a requirement to conform to ATF standards but I might be wrong.
