I suppose the little gem hidden in the loss is this: It came down to a tie, and OT. When it is that close, the stars come out, and no country has a Sidney Crosby but Canadia. The other part of this still shows canada that they dont own the sport. In recent weeks, the USA won the world juniors and the under 18 game.

I also learned that beer with sports is perfect. It is not only a celebratory beverage, but it starts the healing process after a tough loss.

Good game, but I don't know what the hell is going on now...I like the Penguins, but Sidney Crosby just kicked me in the nuts.:confused:

I would have liked to see the USA win but seeing Crosby get the gold and the Cup in the same year is pretty cool. I've come to appreciate Pronger during the games. That guy is a monster!

Was a very good game.

I'm kinda torn. Crosby gets the game winner, and I'm a Pens fan. Canada gets gold, and I'm American.

Still, was a great game.
