I just tried some of this stuff from a company called Zico. IT was really good and oddly refreshing. http://www.zico.com/

BTW I do not work for this compamy or any other drink company. I just drank some:D

I recall reading that drinking coconut milk will DEhydrate you.

At any rate, I'll check out the link.

This is coconut water, not milk. From something I found through Google it comes from immature green coconuts.

I'm curious as to what the differences are other than the obvious.

I'm interested in trying some myself. I love fresh coconut water. My dad used take a machete to open them up so we could drink the water then eat the meat. I am really curious to compare the taste. Thanks for the heads up.

I've been drinking this stuff for a few years now. The main reason I drink it is cause it has a bunch of potassium. I'm now allergic to bananas and that was my main source of potassium. It also has a bunch of electrolytes but none of the negatives of a sports drink. It's not cheap but well worth it for me!

What ever combination is in coconut water it really does the trick after working out. I usually have 1 pak of cocnut water and atleast 16oz of tap water after 45minutes of running. Seems to rehydrate me and I get away from syrupy tastes of sports drinks.
