This upper was purchased 3 weeks ago and has 50 rounds through it just to test function on a couple different kinds of ammo (it didn't like Remington Sub Sonic....it did like Federal American Eagle and Remington Thunderbolt).
Included is everything it came with (Upper, Bolt Group, Black Dog 27rnd magazine and instructions) in the same box it was shipped to me in.
Price is $450 shipped via USPS priority with delivery confirmation number (insurance is an extra $4).
If you are in Oregon and willing to meet along the I-5 Corridor between Portland and Salem then the price would be $430
For payment I accept discrete paypal (+4%) and USPS Money Order.
