if no one else with some real knowledge will answer this gentlemen's question, i;m gonna say mike rock does. i beleive that's what's on their m4s, in all probability, mike rock makes the stainless also, but i don't KNOW that. at any rate, the good news is, the mike rock barrels are known to be fine barrels.
