Guys, I have a pre assault weapons ban preban Colt 6530 with box and everything it came with that I would like to know the value of? I have only shot about 100 rnds through it since I bought it nib in August 1994, so it is basically brand new. I am curious as to what it would be worth? Thanks...

NIB ones are going for about $1,200 or less, so you can use that as a starting point I guess. My 1994 6520 has no LE/MIL Only markings on it, but was mfg post 9-94. Have you confirmed the date on yours?

It must have been prior to that then because I have no LEO markings on mine. My mistake, it is a 6530, not a 20. I actually bought it in August of 1994 so you are right, it was manufactured prior to August of 1994. edited first post to correct the information..

Does it have a small front pivot pin hole with a 1/16" hole drilled on the ridge under the ejection port?

alright, I just checked and the original pivot pin has a screw on one side to hold it on, however the pin is the same size as my LEO 6920 in size. This receiver does have the small hole drilled in it so that a spring activated pivot pin could be put in and utilized just like the one on my 6920 has. If anyone needs any pics or knows anyone that could benefit from this very nice preban rifle, please lmk or send them my way. Thanks...
