my daily carry rig.

comp-tac minotar with glock kydex body. you get the function of kydex with the comfort of leather. and if you change carry guns its only a 30 dollar piece of kydex to change instead of another 90+ holster

I was using Sidearmor Kydex before I gained back a little too much weight, they worked very well. Now I use a DeSantis Pro Stealth most of the time or a pancake.

I carry a Glock 19 in an IWB from TT Gunleather

I prefer this over all kydex and hybrids I've tried and the Milt Sparks VM-II since it sits a little lower.

I don't own a Glock, but my M&P9 rides in a FIST #20 adjustable IWB. They are made to fit Glocks too. Extremely comfortable and will absolutely not collapse when the pistol is drawn.

If leather then Kramer Horse Hide, if Kydex I use Comp Tac paddle for OWB, the Infidel for IWB.

If AIWB I think Dale Frickie's holsters are the best.

Also I ordered and will try a Kirkpatrick OWB Holster (belt slide) for my Glock 26.

I am very satisfied with the comfort, protectiveness, and draw-ability of my Blade-Tech IWB for my G19; I have either the Blade-Tech IWB or Nano model IWB for all of my Glocks.

Best, Jon

I have to say that the most uncomfortable IWB for me was the Bladetech, Sidearmor and Comptac C-tac

I can accept that, when it comes to IWB I prefer leather from Kramer or Milt Sparks.

I have a CompTac C-TAC that works well for me. I also have a Don Hume 715 MSOT that works.

the C-tac dug into my side something horrible in a car. try the minotaur. you never even know its there.

A lot of it depends on your build. im 6'02" 205#s and the Ctac hurt my hip bone.

For daily carry with the G19, by far my favorite IWB holster is the Milt Sparks Heritage #1; if I have need for an X300 on the pistol, then the Raven Phantom gets the call. I also like the Kramer IWB #2 and CCC Looper.

I just bought a Crossbreed Supertuck for my G19, I've only worn it for 2 weeks or so but I find it extremely comfortable. I also have a tuckable FIST kydex holster which is a nice minimalist rig but not near as comfortable as the Crossbreed.

I carry a comp-tac minotaur also, It is the only option I have found that comfortably carries my full size g22 and conceals it very well. Like the earlier post says I have two differant kydex shells and can switch easily from my g22 to my
p30. The leather backing keeps the grip from rubbing against your body if you choose not to wear an undershirt( I always do). Just remember the holster won't do all the work for you, you need to dress around your type of carry and train using that method. No use having a ccw weapon on you if you can't draw and present your weapon quickly and properly.

I use the following:

Raven Phantom
CCC Looper
Milt Sparks VMII

I've switched over to FIST #1Ks for all my IWB needs. They add nearly no bulk or weight to the pistol, and the belt clip is strong enough to keep the holster in place IWB even without a belt (not recommended, but nice to know if you just stuffing the holster in your waistband to check a bump in the night...

Kevin

Kramer # 3 IWB or Alessi Talon.

I like the FIST #1AK (same as the #1K noted above, but with an FBI cant). Comp-Tac's Infidel or their older Pro Undercover are nice too (not sure if they still offer the Pro Undercover).

RM Holsters' Low Rider is nice, but it compromises access for the initial hand-to-gun contact in the interest of putting a pistol slightly lower in the waistband. This aids concealment a bit. Whether the trade-off works for you is up to you.

Mike Benedict's Talon Tactical Deep 6 is very nice too.

In general, the holsters I've recommended are simple pouches with the belt clip attached to (or formed by) the outer side of the main pouch. I am not a fan of the IWB's with widely-spaced belt attachments. They may offer certain stability and overall thickness advantages, but they are akin to stuffing a catcher's mask in your pants. The best of this breed is probably Sparks' Watch Six.

Does anyone NOT use a Glock 19 for carry?:) Lots of good holsters have already been named but I also like the High Noon Slide Guard OWB holster. Can't stand IWB myself.

Leather - Kramer#3 horsehide

Kydex - Raven concealment for OWB, Comp-Tac Minotaur for IWB.

Mine's a Glock 32, but the holsters are the same.

My absolute favorite is the Cross Breed. I bought my 1st one for my 1911, then two more for my M9 and my Glock.

Not much since I got my M&P. But when I did it was in Comp-Tac Minotaur comfort. :-)

I'm mostly a IWB guy so for me its either a CTAC (Kydex) or TT Gunleather (leather like in the pic on page 1).

For the infrequent occasions I OWB or for class/range use it's Aholster.

I prefer Kydex and went with AHolster's version, partly due to the wait time on the Raven. Im very pleased with their work and it shipped in a week.

Timely thread. I'm looking for an OWB that won't destroy a white dress shirt with grease.

Been carrying my Glock 19 in my Crossbreed Supertuck for a year now with no complaints. Very comfortable, and with a good belt it just disappears.
