Who can certify your citizenship on ATF form 5330.20 ? Yourself, a friends, a judge ?

Yes. It's just a formality. You do this for yourself. Noone else is involved unless they want to help you print your name.

Even doing this the trust route, you name the trust as the transferee and YOU as he Trustee.

That's all there is to it.

If you were asking if perhaps you have to visit INS or some other branch, you don't. Citizenship cards are the easiest parts to fill out. They are however not the easiest to print yourself- not with an HP5720 at any rate :p

Is it just me or is this one of the dumbest forms you have ever filled out?

I am a citizen, I know I am a citizen, so what good is it that I certify that I am a citizen?

(BTW, I still did the paperwork. )

Yeah, seems very dumb. It's like an honesty thing or something. I don't even know if they chuck but they must.

I don't even remember putting my ss# on there or anything...
