I used to watch re-runs of Mission Impossible as a kid. I remember him most as Capt. Oveur in Airplane though.
R.I.P. indeed! :(
Airplane! was AWESOME! I alway quote Graves' character 'cus he had some of the best lines in the whole movie!
"Have you ever seen a grown man naked?"
"Do you like movies about gladiators?"
"Ever been in a Turkish prison?"
I think I'll put the DVD in to honor the late Cpt. Over.

I can't believe that I never realized he was the younger brother of James Arness until I read his obit today. It seems obvious now, don't know how I missed that. RIP sir.

RIP, Sir.
I loved Mission: Impossible and did my best to catch every episode. Too bad today's generation associate that show with a non-acting hack with the initials are: T.C.
bit of trivia. he was born Peter Arness, as in his big brother is James Arness as in marshal Matt Dillon from Gun Smoke series.
RIP Peter.

His birth name was actually Peter Aurness, his older brother dropped the "U" for his stage name. Probably too ethnic for American actors back then, unfortunatley.
