I am going to blind-pin a SDI extended A2 flashhider on a 14.5 barrel, I am cool with how to do it, I just need to know what to use to reblue the FS after welding and dremeling. Any ideas?

I use touchup bluing from Brownells.
Making the job look good is all in the metal prep...

Randell, do you weld on side or two side of the barrel/flashider? And how much do you charge to do one?

Yes, how much will you charge to do this? Do you do do barrels for people? I really don't want to do my own. Can you PM me?

I charge $20 for muzzle devices that are not hardened (A2's, Phantoms and mostly everything else) or $30 if it's hardened (Vortex & Troy)
