Trijicon RMR or Red dot sight

I see the recoil resistance is very different on these two sights which is better for a pistol?

Are you referring to the difference in weight? Which red dot? Neither should affect function, if that's what you're asking.

Edited to add: Or are you talking about how much impact due to recoil they can take and still keep running?
