need a reccomendation for NON EXOTIC replacement parts for my 70 series 1911 commander .45ACP. have seen kits etc in brownells and others for recoil spring, firing pin spring, "bullet proof extractor" etc etc but want to buy WHAT REALLY WORKS. you guys that do this for a living know what works and what doesn't. i don't. thanks!!
