There really is some unique refinement about those HK's. I bought a couple extra magazines the other day for my FNP45 and HK45, the fit and finish on those very expensive HK magazines looked and felt a step above the FNP. And I like my FNP just as much, but I have to admit there is something special about the work HK does.
I hope the trigger is more like the HK45, not the P30 9mm. I would expect it is does since it has the similar safety controls.

I'm holding out for the P30S in 9mm but that pistol right thar looks pretty damn good!

Thats why it never bothered me to spend $50 or so on the mags. Now I see shops gouging people for $80 or even more on the auction sites.
If anyone has shot the P30 in both 9 and .40 I would be interested to hear how they compare.
