crumpled up...all I can figure is someone putting pamphlets on my door dropped it on their way out. Either way, I took at as a sign to do something right with the money....

Used G19, reportedly only 2 mags through it. The Cominolli was installed by American Handgunner 'smith and it came with 4 mags, 3.5lb LW trigger, extended slide and mag release, and new trijicons.
525 - 300 = 225.00! It was a good day.

dang dude.
seriously you found 300 bucks in your flowerbed?!

some guys have all the luck. good buy... i'd get rid of the non-glock trigger bits and extended controls, but that is entirely up to you.

The Glock Garden Trolls must have seen that you wanted a new handgun and came in the middle of the night and left you all that money:D

And who says money doesn't grow on trees?!
$300 is a hell of a find. I don't know if I would've spent it right away. The rightful owner might like it back and they may not be as civil about loosing $300 as I would be...and I'd be PISSED!

Sounds like a good fee you get from trespassers.

If I ever lost $300 I'd hope that someone was buying a gun with my former money. Preferably a M4c member, of course. :D Too bad all I carry is $60! ;)

With that being said, nice find!

i didnt tell mine.. had I done so.. my unborn child would have yet another item that wasnt invented until 5 years ago, thus serving no real purpose other than being able to mention on facebook that we purchased said item. Its ridiculous, babies were born during the the great Irish Potato Famine of 1845 yet mine will not survive without a LCD color, portable video monitor. The flower bed gift was merely incidental and that incident was best managed by the parties involved, myself and Mr. Red Tip Photinia.

good for you. every once in awhile the dog has to throw himself a bone, and to top it off you spent it on something that can be considered a wise decision. its not like you rushed out and bought a new playstation or any other electronic gadget that'll be outdated in a month. thats the logic id use to make sure i didnt feel bad for hiding the cash from the woman;)

did you used to tell the teacher, your dog ate your homework too? :D
If I give one of you guy's 300.00, can you stop by the house and try and sell me some siding or landscape and throw my 300.00 in the flower beds? I'll return the favor! ;)

I've put in miles of flower beds for the wife. All I ever found were scorpions, black widows and the occasional stumpback diamondheaded coppermoccassin!! Wish I had your luck. Any lotto advice?

crumpled up...It was a good day.

What was crumpled up - the cash, or that pesky Jehovah's witness moonlighting as a census worker?

(I keed, I keed... nice find :p)

Did everyone else run out and check their flower beds after reading this? or am I the only one?

No. My luck isn't that good, and besides, my dogs would have ate it.

And right after I got home with the new Glock, I can hear the wife: "Honey, I was working in the garden and lost the cash you gave me this morning. Will you help me look for it?"
