I'm selling this because after doing only the second disc (plyometrics) the people below me got annoyed and almost got me evicted from my apartment for making too much noise so this isn't going to work for me.
You might be thinking this is sold on TV and it probably doesn't work but as the host states in the videos, it really is extreme and he isn't lying. My legs were burning so bad after only doing it for two days I could barely walk after. Two of my good friends also do this workout and have had great results. Its like any other routine. If you stick to it, you will get results. Most people just don't stick with things. I guess I'm just going to have to do crossfit or something now.
Anyway, I literally watched only the first two discs so I'm going to ask for $100 shipped.
