Hey guys,

I was using some Aluma Black to darken a spot on my lower receiver when a drop (literally just one or two) got inside the FCG. I wiped it off and oiled the FCG down, so I doubt any harm was done. However, that made me curious - does Aluma Black harm steel components, such as the FCG, LPK parts, etc?

Thanks!

You should be fine. It acts like cold blue on steel.
