If one wants to have a rear iron sight on a flattop receiver, are there sights that are made specifically to be used as primary sights?

I've been looking some, but it seems most of the sights are sold as flip-up BUIS. Theres some nice units out there, but I'm wondering what might be available in a first rate adjustable rear sight designed for primary use?

They are nice sights but, un less I'm mis-reading the descriptions, there is no elevation adjustments?

You adjust elevation with the front sight.

The LMT sight has an elevation knob to adjust for range, it is a standard A2 sight.

LaRue, DD, or Troy. LMT if you want the same adjustments/apertures as a A2.
