Asst. King County ME, Dr. Aldio Fusaro describes Lakewood cop killer Maurice Clemmon’s gunshot wounds.
The .40 S&W bullet fired by Lakewood Officer Greg Richards apparently struck Clemmons along the periphery of his back and the bullet traveled underneath the skin, following the curvature of his side, and came to rest in the front abdomen, just below the skin. It followed the contour of the chest wall without entering the chest. This explains why Clemmons was virtually unaffected by the wound.
