Surefire Flash hider on a Commando question

Hello all. I was hoping to hear from a forum member or two who have seen or have a Colt Mk18 (10.3") and have mounted a Surefire flash hider (FH556-212A). I'm concerned that there might not be enough barrel length for the flash hider to fully seat before it bottoms out on the base of the front sight post. Our team is getting ready to get SF cans (either the 212 or maybe the new Mini) and I wanted to start getting the Mk18 Colts instead of our current 11.5" Commandos. I can't get this order wrong, or I'll be in huge trouble with my bosses. Any pics would be even better. Thanks in advance!

Thanks for the reply. I contacted them and got the standard response, "Yea, it should be fine". I told them I need a bit more of a concrete answer than that :p. He said he would get back to me in a few days. We shall see! Stay safe.
