View Full Version : AK SBR Question
Does a SBR AK still need to use the correct number of U.S. parts? Or does its NFA status make it exempt?

Good question. I think it makes it exempt, but I'm interested in hearing from someone who knows.

An NFA AK can be 100% foreign parts because it already has been designated as having "no sporting purpose."

The ironic thing is that the tax stamp ($200.00) costs roughly the same amount as the 922r U.S. parts and fake suppressor barrel extension if one were to build a non-SBR krink .
But you WANT the double hook G2 trigger don't you? ;)
