500 - 600 rounds through the barrel, cleaned after each outing - comes ready to bolt in as a complete assemby - includes VLTOR set screw gas block that is also pinned in place, mid length gas tube pinned in gas block, Daniel Defense Lite Rail low profile barrel nut, and VLTOR VC1 flash hider. Barrel has 6 lands / grooves, M4 ramps, chrome lined from chamber to crown, 11 degree target crown, and was shooting .5 inch groups for me @ 100ft using Federal 62gr .223 ammo, have not tried @ 100yrds with match grade ammo but I would assume 1.5 MOA or better.

Rainier Arms lists just the barrel for $325, the gas block for $49.35, the flash hider for 56.95, Bravocompany lists the gas tune for $13, and Daniel Defense just recently sold me just the Lite Rail barrel nut for $41.05 (adds up to $485.35)
