Fiber Optic Recommendations

I am looking for a fiber optic front sight for an M&P9 that will be used for daylight training, etc.. I am hoping for reviews of these products, or other recommendations.

I prefer the warren tactical produced fiber optic.

The fiber optic insert is relatively small while still very visible. IF the rod should break i will still be able to use the sight without issue as it will still function as a blade.

Those hiviz sights are huge and offer more opportunity for damage to the FO rod.
