I bought a pair of 5.11 Tactical Series boots and I am having a tough time keeping a shine on them. Meaning, the leather appears to be soft and the polish flakes off when the boots are worn...the shine is actually no problem as long as they are not worn. lol
I am thinking about getting them wet and wearing them in hopes of stiffening the leather. Any thoughts or experience would be appreciated!
