I am buying a Magpul UBR but wants to use the Magpul MS2 sling with it. What can I use as an attachment if I cannot use the QD?

The UBR has QD cups in it. Just buy a QD swivel or two and you'll be good to go.

Thanks. That was my initial plan. Only thing is, the MS2 already has a quick detach system of some sort and would like to use it. Trying to find out if there is a receiver end plate sling attachment that'll work with the UBR.

GG&G has this GGG-1073 "Receiver End Plate For HK Style Snap Clips For Fixed Stocks" but not sure if it'll work with the UBR.
