Does the PWS FSC556 effect accuracy? I don't mean POI shift, I mean does it tighten or spread grops at all?

I haven't noticed any difference in accuracy between the FSC and an A2. I'm currently using the FSC556 on all but one of my rifles now, without a re-zero and no issues so far.
The main difference I've seen is I'm more accurate at speed, due to the superior compensation.
I would expect a need to rezero any time I swapped out muzzle devices, but I have noticed no loss of accuracy with my FSC556s, and I've been using them since they first came out (or before).
I have not noticed any change in group size at 100yds after the installation of FSC-556 brakes on my trainer and primary carbines.
I still produce the shoddy 2" groups on my primary carbine and 3" groups with the trainer, both with XM193.
