anybody know the weight of this stock?

how wide is the butt-plate- smaller or same size as an A1?

assuming a man has absolutely zero need for a telescoping stock, are there any drawbacks i'm missing in using this stock?

some assumptions i'm making:

vs. M4

pros: heavier, stronger, less likely to break, more comfortable cheek weld

cons: heavier, non-adjustable

si, no?

thanks

IIRC 18-19oz pretty close to a UBR in weight if it were 6-8oz lighter I'd probably use one. They are solid probably for extra strength. The length is perfect for me.

awesome- thanks for the info. know if it's got a standard A1 buttplate, or is it a proprietary size?

On the few I've owned I never tried an A1/A2 buttplate on it. It doesn't have a storage area. I'd also like to see a rubber pad on it to keep it from slipping on my shoulder when used with kit on.

Ace Ltd. makes an entry skeleton stock with a rubber pad. I used to have one hooked up to an AR stock adapter on a WASR 10. It worked OK for me, but I've never used one on an AR.
