This is a factory Tactical Solutions .22 LR with a Hogue stock, Tac Sol 16" fluted barrel (AL with steel insert), threaded barrel with both a compensator/brake and flush adapter (thread is 1/2x28 same as a 5.56 AR15), extended mag release, and the Tac Sol X-Ring receiver with rail (Picitinny rail same as flat-top AR).
This is NIB, and I have not shot it at all. Also comes with 1 Black Dog magazine, 3 Ruger 10rd magazines, and one Butler Creek Steel Lips 10rd magazine. All are NIB and not used. Also comes with a cheap black plastic foam lined case which came with the rifle.
Tactical Solutions is one of the premier rimfire parts makers out there, and having an integrated rail is pretty unique. The receiver is machined well, and the bolt is SS with an extended charging handle. Overall the gun is VERY light due to the barrel being aluminum with a steel insert. The thing is really feather weight.
