Course Description

This intense course will provide students with the necessary doctrine and skills to integrate their fighting pistol and the combat shotgun, one of the most misunderstood weapons in the self-defense battery. Course material includes practical marksmanship, ballistics, a street-proven gun handling methodology for each weapon, continuity of fire, transitional shooting, shooting with movement, mental conditioning for combat, one hand manipulation and more. A training workbook will be provided to each student.

EQUIPMENT: Each student will need a service pistol with a holster and a carrier system for spare ammunition (at least two spare magazines or speed loaders). A shotgun with sling and an ammunition carrier system for it, a flashlight with a push-button switch and/or a weapon mounted light, and knee and elbow pads will be needed. Bring your issued carry wear or tactical gear if you use it, but bring the gear you are likely to fight in! Wrap-around eye protection and hearing protection are mandatory for all attendees.

AMMUNITION: 200 pistol, 250 birdshot, 50 buckshot & 50 slug are minimum.

HOURS: 08:00 to 17:00 days 1 and 3. Late start and night shoot on day 2.

FEE: Tuition is $550.00 and includes range use fees. Enrollment is limited on a first come, first served basis. A deposit of $200 and your completed application and supporting paperwork will reserve your slot in class.

If you have never taken the opportunity to train with Bill Jeans, you should do so.

Bill is a good guy and knows his stuff. I do not need to speak for him here, but feel he does not get some of the attention he deserves. His mindset talk is tops.
