question on suppressors

I am looking into getting a suppressor and was wondering what everyone else was using and with what type of ammo for their 5.56's.

I'm waiting on my AAC SPR/M4 and M4-2000 at my FFL. Shot it a few times and I like em. My buddy is running a Surefire 556 can on his full auto LWRCI and likes it, the way it mounts on the barrel is nice (rotating collar as oppose to rotating the whole body). And my other buddy has a Yankee Hill Can (dunno which one) but its not bad and at a reasonable price. I would check out Silencerresearch.com and Silencertalk.com for more indepth discussion. Gemtech also has very good cans from my understanding as well. And you could always go with Knights Armament but its very costly.

As for ammo I just run regular 55gr range ammo stuff.
