problem with seller smartgunner.com /tommy malone

hi guys

anyone have bouht from this guy or his website??
i bought 2 months ago with ebay some aimpoint. and some off ebay.
i received part of the shipment.. but i still have to receive 2 aimpoint for 1200$ .. and he never reply to my calls or emails.. or sent me scopes..
im worried ...
any idea about it?

Did you file a complaint with ebay. Thats all you can really do with ebay.

Never had a problem with Smartgunner. If it was bought outside of Ebay, your kinda up the creek. You say two months, your kinda up the creek there too, even Paypal claims only can go back 60 days (someone correct if I'm wrong). If you didn't leave feedack yet I'd send an email stating that you will leave a negative if he does not deliver, also keeping time frame to leave feedback in mind.

Hi, I'm new here, but I purchased a Mesa Tactical side saddle from the seller in question and it took four weeks and a complaint with ebay/paypal to get it shipped (then another week to get it to my door). Then he tried to act like I was mistreating him for wanting my purchase delivered in a timely manner.

BTW, you may be able to withhold payment depending on your credit card policies.
