Arizona revises another gun law for the benefit of law abiding citizens. Quoted material is from here: http://www.azleg.gov/legtext/49leg/2r/bills/hb2629s.pdf

12 B. A PERSON HAS NO DUTY TO RETREAT BEFORE THREATENING OR USING DEADLY PHYSICAL FORCE PURSUANT TO THIS SECTION IF THE PERSON IS IN A PLACE WHERE THE PERSON MAY LEGALLY BE AND IS NOT ENGAGED IN AN UNLAWFUL ACT.
Follow link for additional information on other changes regarding firearms laws that include a new law prohibiting a political subdivision from requiring or maintaining any permanent or temporary records related to the storage of firearms that contain descriptions (serial numbers, etc.) of firearms or their owners.

Sounds like castle doctrine extends to any location as long as you're not there illegally. Any legal eagle care to offer an opinion?

How about moving CA to Arizona?
They probably wouldn't have 85% of us . . . but 15% is better than nothing.

If we keep this up, they're going to hate us more than Texas.

Glad to see other folks adopting FL law.

Are they also going to be protected from civil actions if they do shoot?
