The G26 was already sort of Gen4. I guess the mag catch is interesting.

It's more believable that the 3rd gen's will be receiving an 'updated' magazine catch. The whole thing with the 4th Gens was the new RTF. That (the texture in these pictures) is the original 3rd Gen texture.

But I am just speculating.

That's an old European magazine release. I've seen them before but very limited. You had to cut the frame to make it work in a US gun. Idk about being reversed though.

It looks like the picture is from a gunshow or convention.. I know the gen 4 subcompacts haven't even been seen in Smyrna, so I doubt it's a gen 4. The first 19 and 23 have only shown up for ATF in the last few weeks.

My wife's 27 was out of the house and I had nothing to compare the picture to, you're right; it is the same radius.

Id be sold on a new G26 if they would put a rail on the Gen4...Yes I know with how G19 rail is laid out there is not enough space on a G26...but if Kel-Tec can fit one to the PF9 then so can Glock.
