Do not get this product thinking, like a fool, that you will be able to create a trust. The new version has had all trust documents deleted from it. Do not stop in Best Buy, over pay for the software, rush home, install said software, search for trusts, curse that you opened the box, search online and find that trusts have been removed, curse some more, realize you just need the 2009 version, realize that opened softward cannot be returned......ask me how I know :)

It appears that the 2010 version has changed. But the 2009 version does have it and they can still be found all over eBay and Amazon.

WillMaker Premium 2010 has the trust making software. You can probably find a good price online.

I made the same mistake you did except I got a code to go on to nolo living trust maker and create one for a dollar. Lame that they charge a dollar but it beats eating the whole cost of the software...
