We bought a new house a few months ago, and have been paying two mortgages since then. I now have a ratified contract for the sale of my old home!
The price is a lot less than we wanted, but we actually got two offers at the same time for nearly the same amount, so this is apparently what it is worth these days. In the end, we're happy to move on.
Hopefully nothing goes wrong and it all goes through.
