Magpul CTR Riser?

Hello I have no experience with the CTR and the risers. On the Magpul website it says not to use (riser) with a AR as it will interfere with the charging handle.
I recieved this response from Magpul today "Our riser does not interfere with the charging handle when extened
all of the way out."
Anyone use the risers without problems? I have a customer that wants one with the riser so I figured I better vheck first.

Supposedly if the stock is all the way out, the riser does not get in the way.

I made the mistake of looking at the SBR pic thread on TOS the other day for ideas and someone had a riser on their rifle with the stock collapsed. Someone made a comment like "can you charge it like that?" and he said "of course not!"

But I'd believe magpul if they said it could be done with it EXTENDED.

The riser works fine as long as you understand that the stock must be out most of the way. I've used it like that without any issues, though only as a range weapon, and not for duty.
