Full auto BCG in semi-auto AR-15

Guys I'd tried the search and came up empty handed. Is this OK with the ATFE? Legal thread might come in handy here as I keep up with 922r for Com-block weapons. Help.

You will get some who will say you cannot use them in a semi AR but some of the higher quality rifles come from the factory with FA carriers. I prefer the added weight. Shoot without worries.
