View Full Version : Who makes same plane A2 apertures besides XS?
Would love to have an A2 same plane flip aperture with the same diameters as the standard A2. I have the XS and don't care for it.

Don't know where you're going to find it, but please share if you do. I'd love to have the XS large aperture with a conventional size small aperture. The XS "small" is bigger than the factory.
Agreed. The small XS aperture is too big.
Bump. I'd really like to know if options exist. I have a Daniel Defense fixed rear buis, and its a deal killer. Standard A2 offset can be over 6 moa on an SBR with an X300 in front of the fsb
I just picked up a same plane aperture made by Blackhawk (yeah, I know). It seems fine - I got it from Midway, they posted the specs there.

Have you verified same plane with live fire?

Nope, just received it.

Do you or anyone know if they made it, or just boxed it? The brand makes me nervous, but specs look good.
well, I bought the last one on Amazon.com.
Do you know who makes these for Blackhawk? Is Blackhawk all bad? I've literally never heard of them, but some alleged SEAL founded them. I dunno...thoughts?

It's hard to dick up an iron sight, isn't it? I hope? :/
That was kinda my reasoning, too - it's worth a try, it went on a non-critical A1 build.
Maybe the XS being bigger is what I should get. My SBR w/X300 at 12* places the sight-radius at 12.75". I think that, since the FSP is the same size, the XS would appear about the same on my SBR as the A2 would on the M16 it was originally made for. Thoughts?
