View Full Version : Troy Industries DOA Sight
Does anyone use the Troy Ind. DOA (Di-Optic Apeture) rear BUIS?
I found an older post, but nothing new. I am looking for an Iron sight for a new upper, it will wear an Aimpoint when I have the extra $$.
Thanks. :)

Thanks, I put in Troy DOA not D.O.A. and found little. I was just about to pull the trigger on a standard set. I like the idea of them but was not sure if it would be like those triangle Styer sights...yuck.
Bought a set of the std round sights, was afraid I would not like the diamond.
ive got the diamond on my kiss rifle. the diamond works great but im not a fan of 300-500 aperture. the open top ruins it.
Lee,
I was not sure how the 300-500yd aperture worked, can you explain it to me? Do you place the top of the front sight post level with the open top?
yes its like shooting irons on a pistol.
The Paul Howe rear aperture is another nice option. I think they're available now as a replacement for the Troy BUIS. They are fast up close.
Lee,
Thanks, that is what I thought.
Swoop,
Thanks, I will look into the Howe unit.
Deland, is that Fl?
