Public Range(s) in/near Erie County?

I already know about Erie County Conservation Society, but they require a sponsor and membership dues are prohibitive for me right now. I'm looking for a local public place that is reasonable. I use B & T in Lorain (nice indoor range) but they don't allow rifles and distance is limited to 25 yards.

Why would I want to drive 5-6 hours just to shoot at a range? I know of plenty of places that are just a couple of hours away here in Ohio...I'm just asking if there are any PUBLIC ranges closer to me that I don't already know about.
