I just bought some parts that are advertised as being made by Colt.
The firing pin has some type of surface finish/coating that makes it look dull or frosted.
The firing pin in my 6920 and all the ones I saw while I was in the reserves had a shiny machined surface.
I contacted the company that sold it and they said the kits are Colt and that I could return the kit for a refund if not happy with it.
Can anyone tell me if a Colt replacement firing pin comes that way?
