Whats the best county for a non-resident/discretionary issued concealed weapons permit? I do business and vacation down in Oregon all the time and I think I finally want to pursue getting one.

Grant County Sheriff's Office in Canyon City (John Day) is very non-resident CHL friendly and pro-2nd amendment.
