This has been sitting in a drawer in my desk for a long time, and I have never used it. It is the Kalinka AK Aimpoint mount seen here:

I don't think these are available at this time (even though they indicate in-stock on the websight).
The mount is unique in that it mounts to a standard AK side rail, yet allows a 30mm Aimpoint to lower 1/3 co-witness the sights on a standard AK. I have never mounted an optic in the mount, nor have I ever mounted the mount on a rifle.
