HELP!!!! sling

i need your guys help looking for a sling. i am looking for a sling thats a single point sling but, its like a harness type.you put it on like a front baby carrier type.the coast guard use's them but i cant find them anywhere, or who makes them. please help

I googled "US Coast Guard sling" and one link was to the Bushmaster catalog and it said US Coast Guard trust these slings so they don't lose them over the side" or something to that effect. Anyway the sling is called a "Button Sling", Throw and Go model. Googled that and found this website.
