Surefire V70 holster and chest rig

I was wondering how you would attach a Surefire V70 holster to a chest rig, like in the attached pictures. The back is a solid plastic loop, and I can't figure out how you would get it to attach to a PALS matrix without zip ties or something.

Any ideas?

from the pics it does not look to have solid backing, maybe someone took a dremel to it and cut a slit in it?

CSM Gear has a V70 that they have mounted to a small platform that attaches to MOLLE gear. Nice piece of gear

The holster from the provided pictures certainly looks to have been modified but you could easily mount one using zip ties. That is how I have mine mounted to my plate carrier.

A GI "MOLLE Ka-Bar Adapter" may work for you. They sell for a few dollars each on eBay.
