Saw this little fella on a you tube clip several months ago, seems he is still at it. And they say he is not the only one there.

I know it's a third world country, but give the thought of a stalwart 11 month old being able to walk/crawl the streets while the parents work to such an extent. Astounding.

Then add the dimension of him interacting on the level as to which he becomes a chain smoker. Yet the parents claim they are helpless to stop him.

It really is almost completely unbelievable coming from any group of people that have enough intelligence to breathe.
