Database thread of velocities?

I messed with a chronograph for the first time yesterday, and i thought it might be interesting to have a thread as a one-stop-shop for velocity information many of us have collected. As I understand it we need to set some standards if we're going to do that, so based almost entirely in ignorance here are my suggestions:

10 shot strings
must list barrel specs (length, maker, lining, twist, etc.)
must report weather conditions
must include make, model, and weight of ammo (lot number nice to have but not required)
must post to the thread with ammo, avg. velocity, and SD
may link to spreadsheet or web page with additional information


I made this list based entirely on what I am going to post, so if those with more experience wish to adjust the rules let me know. Also if we already have a thread on this let me know that too.
