How to become a SME / IP here on M4C?

I have 10 years of ongoing .mil service, am a Squad designated marksman (with course cert.), am a Small arms master gunner (with course cert.), and have 4 deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan with Infantry and Military police.

So how does one become an SME / IP here?
