Very interesting, I never knew that. My idea was always for the most part" whatever goes down my tube gets used" Thanks!

The solubility of a compound effects it's absorption and one of the few drawbacks to creatine monohydrate is it's poor solubility. Micronized helps a lot there as you can see.
For example:
Methods Find Exp Clin Pharmacol 1998, 20(3): 211
Micronization: A method of improving the bioavailability of poorly soluble drugs
Chaumeil, J.C.
For poorly soluble drugs, the digestive absorption depends on their rate of dissolution. Decreasing the particle size of these drugs improves their rate of dissolution. Fine grinding mills are use to micronize powders: either jar mills or fluid energy mills. These processes were applied to griseofulvin, progesterone, spironolactone and diosmin. For each drug, micronization improved their digestive absorption, and consequently their bioavailability and clinical efficacy.
So as to not start a new thread: FYI, added vids on that YT page cover cycling creatine, loading creatine, and other Q/ topics on this supp.
Will, I bought some L.E.F. micronised creatine, and the recommended dosage is 1/4 teaspoon, however your video shows five grams. What is your recommended dosage?
Thanks for all the info BTW.

3-5g is the dose that's effective for increasing strength, LBM, etc. Health effects* are probably seen at lower doses (1-2g) but 3g is probably minimum for athletic related goals.

Thanks Will. Would that be about a tablespoon + or -?

if 1/4 teaspoon is approx 1g +, then you are looking at say a 3/4 teaspoon to a level teaspoon.
